Monday Letter 9/19/22

Dear Kindergarten Parents,

Blue sight word binders will come home today. This is where you will keep all of the introduced words and corresponding readers/ poems. Each Monday this will be the student’s homework. I will give you some game ideas to make the practice fun. Please use this binder frequently during the week to keep kids on track- the words start out easy, but quickly increase in difficulty. If your child knows these words already look for them in stories you are reading or use them to make sentences, kids always enjoy playing spelling games as well.

The magazine sale has started. As you know, this is a huge fundraiser for Holy Rosary and we need 100% participation to really make it a success. If you have not already, please create an account for your child and start selling! I’d like each child to feel a part of the effort and sell at least one magazine. Thank you for helping.

Also, if your child will be absent please let me know and the office at Office@holyrosaryws.com.

Thank you for everything. Enjoy your week and let me know if you have any questions!

Mrs. Clarke
